Until last remained unclear whether the jury the year-long dispute over the reconstruction of the Berlin City Palace would have to decide. The jurors also seemed to be divided themselves, the funding has been and is being questioned, the timetable is deemed überambitioniert - and the concrete contents of the Humboldt Forum are still unclear. The unanimous verdict of the jury for the design of Italian architect Franco Stella, which was announced on Friday, is therefore surprising. A debacle was away. Stella workable compromise solution among many bad works the best. Does not make them happy.
