EU's Reding Medienkommisarin: pleads for more favorable international phone costs. The EU Council of Ministers has approved the proposal by the European Commission agreed to the price of international SMS costs. The market for telecommunications Commissioner Viviane Reding had proposed in September, SMS abroad by mobile providers to cooperate with a maximum of 11 cents excluding VAT to be calculated.
